Booking & Payment Guide

Follow the guide below to complete your reservation.

Step 1

Choose a Tour Package

All reservations will be on request through our online reservation form, call, social media or online accounts. (There will no instant confirmation after submitting your reservation)

Step 2

Confirmation of Booking Request

You will receive a confirmation by e-mail as soon as all services included in the selected package tour are confirmed. The confirmation will be sent to you between 12 – 24 hours after the reservation has been made (Monday-Sunday).

Step 3

Payment Options

Information about payment procedures will be sent to you by e-mail simultaneously with the confirmation of all services. We offer the following methods of payment:

**Bank Deposit (BPI/BDO/UnionBank), Money Transfer (MLhuillier/ Cebuana Lhuillier/ Western Union), Online Payment (PayPal, Debit Card/ Credit Card + 5% Service Charge)

Step 4

Deposit

A deposit of 50% of the total due (excluding add ons) must be made 2 days prior to tour date. For other tours like Bohol day tour, the deposit must be made 7 days prior to tour date.

Step 5

Booking Confirmation

After a successful deposit, you are required to send a copy of deposit slip through email. We will then send you a copy of the Travel Voucher which you will present to the Tour Guide during the tour. The driver details will be given 1-3 Days before the Tour.

Step 6

Final Payment

Final payment can be paid on the day of the tour.
